UPDATE ADOPTED Toby three lbs 8-9 yrs of age was surrendered to our rescue this morning. His first owner kept him in a garage so the second owner took him to give him a better life but unfortunately became ill and could no longer keep him. This boy has not known love & needs desperately a FOREVER LOVING HOME. It takes him time to warm up I think he has two or three teeth in his mouth. He would do best with a experienced Chihuahua owner. The previous owner stated he would do best as an only pet.
