This poor dog was left abandoned in a cage!!! in Dyer park in WPB area with NO food or water!!!! No microchip, very friendly and sweet. He will need a complete shave-down and bath, very matted fur, smells of urine and feces. Just a Baby who has endured Nothing but abuse & neglect. He is one year of age weighing 7 lbs!
