SADLY NO OWNER HAS COME FORWARD FOR ESTELLE .We have reported to every proper entity to try to find her owner no stone unturned. We can all speculate on that she has an owner, Somebody Has to be missing her. Trust us we want nothing more than to reunite a lost dog with its owners.
