UPDATE FROM ANIMAL CONTROL OF BROWARD
We have the call in the system, an Officer has responded and confirmed first hand that, while the dog is being contained improperly, the dog is not dying nor in distress at this moment. We have established contact with the owner via phone and will be following up to address the Ordinance infractions observed and confirm that it is not returned to its current conditions.
