UPDATE : just got off the phone with the leasing agency. They said they do not take this behavior lightly and that the police have removed the dog off the property. Thank you for all of your calls. Power in numbers!

Time to make some noise. The apartment complex is CORTLAND in Pembroke Pines building number seven unit number 207. Leasing office is 754-253-0920. I spoke to the corporate office they’re trying to get a hold of somebody locally on the property. I spoke to Javier he said the police department was out there but when they came they brought the dog in but the dog is back currently on the balcony again.
