The owner lives in Georgia the granddaughter went to check on the house and heard crying in the backyard the police were called and they left the dog in this condition they wouldn’t allow anybody on the property to give the dog food or water the dog is still sitting crying in a cage we need to start making calls and demand this dog is removed immediately please make your phone calls.
