Penny, Beautiful Sweet Penny is a 1 yr female German Shepherd who was forced to live in a Hot Box and chained her entire life. Penny is so very special. She loves to cuddle and be by your side. She also wraps her paws around your waist and give you a hug. We have found her to be dog selective and we aren’t sure about cats.
