Little Joleene one of the 11 that we took in from the hoarding case in Liberty City Miami rushed in for a pyometra surgery which is an infected uterus full of puss, no babies. She was then taken to Lauderdale Veterinary Specialists for around-the-clock care. We received a call at 11 p.m. she needed a blood transfusion and of course we gave her the transfusion. She’s doing fantastic strong and healing perfectly. Resting comfortably & will be leaving the hospital tomorrow. Jolene is available for adoption all four pounds of her. Hannah rescued from Miami-Dade Animal Services with a prolapsed vagina. Had surgery which did not take, she is now under the care of Lauderdale Veterinary Specialists and staying with dr. cannon and receiving love.. As you see in this video they have made a sling where her vagina is placed back where it belongs and it is doing great. What this poor little baby has been through. Thank God we pulled her to safety otherwise I cannot imagine her fate. Monica who was also rescued from the 11 hoarding case from Liberty City also rushed in for a pyometra surgery to save her life again and infected uterus full of pus and infection. Dr’s say if we did not rescue them when we did they would be dead today. Monica is doing fantastic and is ready to leave the animal hospital tomorrow. we had a meet and greet for Monica today. I will be bringing Monica to potential forever home tomorrow. We will keep you posted. Phoebe came into us pregnant all four pounds of her and pregnant with four to six puppies. Ready to deliver at any moment. Let’s just say we have our hands more than full here. We are talking 24-hour around-the-clock care. It is very costly but we would Not have it any other way to ensure the safety of our rescues. We are reaching out to all of you to please donate towards all their care and allow us to continue our mission. We thank you in advance for your love and support. I will keep you updated every step of the way. So many lives were saved this week. Together we will continue to save so many more in need. 100 + Abandoned Dogs of Everglades Florida.
